After years of being a loyal customer (home and auto), my mother's health deterioration required her to move in with family. Our efforts to alter her insurance (dropping home and adding a second car) were first ignored, and then finally dismissed with a "it's not worth enough to us financially to research the options and make the change)." Okey dokey.

They Sold policy's that benefited the company and ignored my interest of covering 5 property's with 1 primary property and 4 rentals.I had to move to Farmers insurance to insure my rentals by rolling off my primary property to cover my rentals. I saved $789.56 a year almost $200 less a year per rental property. witch they said they didn't offer! Put time into shopping around if you own rentals.

Bob was fantastic and professional. I submitted my paperwork on Friday and was not expecting to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. To my surprise I recurved a quote and a phone call on Saturday morning. Thank you Bob for your hard work!

If have 0 star, I will give them 0 star.
I call in ask for quote, and I give all my private information about business. I have been wait four month and call so many times. Jacky still didn't give me any phone call back. Never trust them, even boss told the lie said that he will ask her contact us and never happen. If you don't want our business please just told us, don't no call no answer! bad bad

I have been with Bob Mooney for some time now. Bob and his office are always available and helpful and friendly for matters large and small.
I referred my sister and my mail carrier, and they are happy, too. Not incidentally, Bob can find you the best rates. I would not switch.

I started using Mooney Ins. last year when we bought a new home. After Bob found me a great rate on my homeowners, when it came time to renew the landlord policy on our rental, I called him again. Once again, a lower rate. It is not just the lower rates, but the service from all of the people I have dealt with, Bob, Christy, andJackie have been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
